The teams competing in the 78th annual Musselburgh Sevens Tournament have been announced.

Last year's champions Heriot's will open the tournament against Watsonian FC with East Lothian's Dunbar finishing off the group.

Musselburgh will face fellow Premiership side Edinburgh Accies and another capital side in Murrayfield Wanderers in Group B.

Our only travelling team from down south, King's College Hospital will take on a President's VII and Haddington in Group C, whilst in Group D Highland make the trip from Inverness to face Young Barbarians and North Berwick.


The semi finals will see the winner of Group A and B face off whilst the winners of Groups C and D battle in the other semi final to challenge for the Brunton Cup in the Final at 6pm.
